Healing doesn’t start with a quick fix — it starts with the basics your body depends on every single day.

The Foundations Framework is a whole-body approach to wellness built around the core habits that regulate your nervous system, support hormones and digestion, and create the conditions your body needs to heal from the inside out.

Instead of overwhelming protocols or symptom-chasing, we focus on strengthening four essential pillars:

Nutrition & Hydration

Food and hydration are information for your body. We focus on nourishing, realistic nutrition and proper hydration that support blood sugar balance, digestion, hormones, and energy — without restriction or perfection.

Movement

Movement doesn’t have to be intense to be effective. We prioritize supportive, sustainable movement that improves circulation, metabolism, and nervous system balance — without adding more stress to your body.

Sleep

Sleep is when your body repairs, detoxifies, and recalibrates. We work on improving sleep quality and rhythms so your body can actually rest, recover, and regulate stress.

Connection

Healing doesn’t happen in isolation. Connection — to yourself, your body, and others — plays a critical role in nervous system regulation, emotional health, and long-term sustainability. This pillar helps create safety and consistency in your healing process.

Once a strong foundation is in place,

We move into more targeted hormone support

With your nervous system steadier and core habits established,

your body is better able to respond to deeper work.

During this phase, we focus on understanding and supporting hormone patterns including:

  • Perimenopause support and understanding how hormone shifts can influence energy, mood, sleep, weight, and overall well-being during this transition.

  • Cycle awareness and hormone patterns, when applicable, helping you better understand how your body changes across the cycle and how to support it through nutrition, movement, and lifestyle adjustments.

  • The gut–hormone connection, exploring how digestion, inflammation, and nutrient absorption can influence hormone balance and contribute to ongoing symptoms.

  • Detox and toxin exposure, with an emphasis on gently supporting the body’s natural detox pathways and reducing everyday exposures, rather than using aggressive cleanses.

    Together, we refine nutrition, lifestyle, and stress support based on how your body is responding, allowing for more personalized, sustainable balance rather than quick fixes.

A 6-month coaching container designed to help you heal from the inside out by first, mastering the basics through the Foundations Framework:

Then building on that foundation with more personalized, hormone-informed support as your body becomes more regulated.

What You Get

Own your Journey to wellness container

Foundations Roadmap: 60 Minutes
Your journey begins with a deep-dive session to review your health history, assess symptoms and lifestyle, and design your personalized roadmap through the Foundations framework. This is where we get crystal clear on what your body needs to heal from the inside out.

12-Biweekly Zoom Calls: 60 Minutes each
Ongoing support every two weeks to check progress, troubleshoot challenges, and adjust your roadmap as needed. These calls help you build momentum, stay accountable, and turn the “simple” but often hardest habits — nutrition, hydration, sleep, movement, and connection — into sustainable practices.

Between-Call Support
Email support between sessions for questions and guidance — I’ll respond within 24–48 hours. This ensures you never feel stuck and have support as you implement changes.

Foundations Tracker & Resources
A simple workbook to track sleep, nutrition, movement, and connection, plus guides and reference sheets to help you apply the pillars to your daily life. These tools make progress visible, actionable, and easier to maintain.

Optional Guidance & Mini Resources
Mini detox tips, and movement or stress-relief demonstrations provide extra support for implementing habits that truly transform your wellness from the inside out.

Hormone-Focused Education & Refinement (Months 4–6)

As your foundation becomes more stable, we begin layering in more personalized, hormone-informed support. This may include education and guidance around perimenopause, cycle awareness when applicable, gut–hormone connections, and gentle detox and toxin exposure support. The focus is on refinement and integration, adjusting nutrition, lifestyle, and stress support based on your body’s feedback.

Where appropriate, we may also explore hormone awareness tools such as Mira. Mira is an at-home hormone monitoring device that can provide additional insight into patterns throughout your cycle. Use of the device is optional and purchased separately. If you choose to incorporate it, we review the data together in a supportive, educational way to help you better understand your body.

Optional Guidance & Mini Resources

Optional mini resources such as gentle detox support, movement guidance, or stress-regulation practices are provided as needed to support implementation without overwhelm. These tools are designed to complement your work and help reinforce changes that support long-term wellness.
